What are Kumaya pieces made of?

Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality stainless steel with PVD plating. Gold pieces are finished with 18k PVD gold plating for a long-lasting shine.

Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?

No. Our pieces are waterproof, sweatproof, and heat-resistant. They are made to last, so you can wear them every day without worrying about fading or tarnishing.

Is Kumaya jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. All pieces are hypoallergenic and free from nickel, so they are gentle on even the most sensitive skin.

Can I wear Kumaya jewelry in the shower, pool, or sea?

Yes. Our designs are fully waterproof. You can confidently wear them while swimming, showering, or working out.

What is the delivery time?

We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and shipping times vary by region:

  • Europe: 2–5 business days
  • US & Canada: 4–7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5–10 business days
Do I pay duties or taxes?

All EU orders include VAT in the price. For international orders outside the EU, duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@kumaya.co with your order number and the correct details.

RETURNS

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, in original condition, and in their packaging.

How do I start a return?

Simply contact us at info@kumaya.co with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process.

Are returns free?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the cost.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at info@kumaya.co. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
